He works with top teams and whole organisations to understand their ‘magic’ which is often locked up in their culture and teams. He has extensive experience in the public and private sector, both in the UK and on the continent. He has written extensively about the dynamics of major change and is co-author of a recently acclaimed book ‘Living Leadership’ – the result of research via Ashridge College. | Helen Dawson Helen has worked at senior level as a director in local and national local government organisations. She was Director of Learning and Development at the IDeA, and has also worked as a Chief Officer in Housing and Social Services. She has a proven track record in change management, and in leadership development. She has an excellent understanding of the local government policy environment, including having served as an elected member in the past. She has also worked in senior positions in the private sector most recently as a senior manager in a software plc. | Anjali Arya Anjali specialises in strategic management and people development. Formerly a Head of Personnel in a London local authority, she has worked with a wide range of organisations across the public and voluntary sectors on issues around organisation and manager development, change management, performance management and diversity and equality. She also finds time to be a Board member of the National Theatre and be a committee member of various organisations concerned with housing, HIV/Aids and Asian women’s issues. | Christa Loosely Christa Loosely joined Andrew Holder Associates as personal assistant and office manager after working for many years as bi-lingual personal assistant to senior management in British, German and American leading companies both abroad and in the UK. She is also a translator of commercial and technical translations mainly from German into English. |
