We are all extensively qualified and widely experienced in the development of management, leadership and organisational capacity in many public and some private organisations. Andrew Holder Andrew Holder has worked as a facilitator of change in public services with politicians and managers for almost 30 years; initially at SAUS, Bristol University and since 1990 when he established AHA Consulting. He leads the Personal Leadership module of the IDeA’s Leadership Academy Programme, is an Advisor for the Leadership Centre, is a visiting fellow at the University of the West of England and has written extensively about modernising processes in local government. Recently the IDeA has published ‘Inside Top Teams – a practical guide’ which he co-authored with Mhairi and Mike. | Mhairi Cameron Mhairi Cameron having worked in Scottish local government and IULA has been a management and organisation development consultant since 1990 in organisations, at middle management through to board level. She has worked extensively with local authorities and government agencies undergoing radical change. She has experience of working in the UK, Europe and Africa. Her aims are to help organisations become healthy, productive and creative. Recent concerns have been handling complexity and developing strategy as narrative. | Mike Green Mike Green specialises in facilitating, coaching and mentoring. He facilitates organisational learning and performance enhancement through a variety of personal, inter-personal and systemic interventions. He has recently co-authored a very successful book ‘Making Sense of Change Management’ and is working on a follow-up book to be published next year. He has tutored in several business schools and is currently an Associate at Henley Management College. | Wendy McQuillan Wendy was head of training in a London Borough’s housing department. She has therefore specialised in management development, working with board, senior and middle managers mainly within housing organisations. Recent work includes team building, capacity building with board members, surveys, tenant’s compacts, and developing strategic management skills. She is joint author with Andrew Holder of 'Surviving or Thriving' - Managing Change in Housing Organisations’. |
